With deep roots in agriculture and a strong connection to the land, Ch. Nafe Singh Poswal laid the foundation for what would become a vision of modern, comfortable living. Coming from a farming background, he understood the true value of land and the importance of creating spaces that balance nature, comfort, and community. Over the years, through hard work and foresight, he built a strong land bank and developed a dream — to transform open lands into well-planned, peaceful, and family-friendly townships. His grounded approach, combined with a visionary mindset, became the cornerstone for RNR Townships. Believing in the power of education and innovation, he encouraged and guided his two sons, one an Engineer (Diploma) and the other an MBA, to carry forward his legacy. With their professional knowledge and his lifelong wisdom, the Poswal family together turned a vision into reality — crafting modern, feature-rich, and serene townships that bring happiness, harmony, and comfort to every family.
Mr. Pankaj Singh – Co-Founder & Director
With over 15 years of experience in engineering and infrastructure development, Pankaj Poswal brings unmatched technical expertise to RNR Townships. Holding a Diploma in Engineering, he has played a key role in planning, designing, and executing large-scale township projects. His focus on precision, quality construction, and sustainable design ensures that every RNR project meets the highest standards of excellence. Known for his problem-solving skills and hands-on approach, he is the technical backbone of the company.
Mr. Anuj Chaudhary – Co-Founder & Director
A visionary leader with strong business acumen, Anuj Poswal holds an MBA and has extensive experience in management, strategy, and township development. His expertise lies in land acquisition, project planning, customer relations, and financial management.
